The Black Sheep, Las Vegas

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Vegas since it's been a while since my last trip out here. However, I didn't really come here to drink, or party, my main purpose was to relax by the pool, but most importantly, TO EAT!!

I did a little research online and found The Black Sheep, which was not only voted RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR, but also the head chef, Chef Tran, was voted CHEF OF THE YEAR by Eater. There was no doubt  I had to try them for myself.

Chef Tran has a Vietnamese background, which she fuses with classic dishes like duck confit and ceviche, all with a modern twist.

We were blown away by each and every single dish. It truly was fine dining at its best, but guess what, without the cost! My husband could not stop talking about how amazing the food was.

This place was approximately 15 minutes off the strip but trust me when I say it's worth the detour!

My top recommendations are the rolls, ceviche, and my absolute favorite....the salmon skin tacos!!
